TrustLogic Lab ("we," "us," or "our") operates Agentforce Decision Lab, a Salesforce managed package that evaluates your organization's readiness for Agentforce deployment. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use our service.
2. Our Core Commitment
We do not store your Salesforce data. Period. All evaluations process your data in real-time and discard it immediately after scoring. We have zero data retention by design.
3. What Data We Process
When you run an evaluation, we temporarily process:
- Sample records from your selected Salesforce object (typically 20 records)
- Field names and metadata from your Salesforce org
- Business context you provide (industry, use case, expected volume)
- Evaluation results and scores (stored in your Salesforce org only)
4. How We Protect Your Data
PII Masking: Before sending any data to our AI processing endpoint, we automatically detect and mask:
- Social Security Numbers
- Credit card numbers
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
Secure Architecture: We use Cloudflare Workers as a secure proxy. Your Anthropic API key is never stored in your Salesforce org—it's securely managed in Cloudflare's infrastructure.
Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.
5. What We Store
We store minimal information to operate the service:
- In Your Salesforce Org: Evaluation records (scores, dimensions, recommendations) are stored as custom objects in your org. You control this data.
- On Our Servers: We do not store any of your Salesforce data on our servers. We only log anonymized usage statistics (number of evaluations run, object types evaluated) for product analytics.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Anthropic (Claude AI): We send masked, sample data to Anthropic's Claude API for AI-powered analysis. Anthropic does not retain your data for training purposes when using our enterprise configuration.
- Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare Workers as a secure proxy to protect your API keys and route requests.
7. Data Retention
Salesforce Data: Zero retention. Data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
Evaluation Results: Stored in your Salesforce org. You can delete these at any time.
Usage Analytics: We retain anonymized usage statistics (e.g., "50 evaluations run this month") for product improvement.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your evaluation data (stored in your Salesforce org)
- Delete your evaluation data at any time
- Request information about how we process your data
- Uninstall the package and remove all data
9. Compliance
Agentforce Decision Lab is designed to comply with:
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
- CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
- SOC 2 architectural standards
- HIPAA-compliant architecture (when properly configured)
10. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
